Hi received shoe box’s the printing was upside down contacted company and haven’t heard any bad quality stay away contacting bank to get money back!!!
My Ugg trainers were brand new - I wore them for a walk where the ground was dry, dusty and I think sandstone - so the trainers got covered in this red dust. I used your foam cleaning kit and it didn't help at all - on either the suede or the material - in fact, if anything it made it worse by rubbing the colour in.
Store owner replied: Hi Louise, I'm so sorry to see the condition of your UGGs. Unfortunately with how you described the red dust, you will have needed to remove the dust first with a dry brush, otherwise once you put any type of substance on top of it, it risks rubbing the dust further into the materials as you mix it with moisture. Please allow them to dry, and try again, using a minimal amount of foam. Once cleaned, allow them to dry again, then use an eraser, or a dry brush to try and re-nap the suede
