We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please make sure to attach your order number, and a photo of the condition of your items that you wish to return, to prove they are in a brand new, sealed condition. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return form to complete along with a returns address for you to send our your items back to us.

Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid labels and ask customers to cover the cost of returning their item(s) to us. We suggest using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage until we receive your return. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Refunds
