Delivery and returns
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. All orders placed before 3pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location do not include despatch times. If you select express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 2 business days after despatch. Choose standard shipping and you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after despatch. Standard shipping is free for all orders over £80.
We only use the most reputable and trusted couriers available in the UK. We mainly ship with Royal Mail for UK orders, and DPD for International orders.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number will suffice).
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@sneakspply.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Or if you'd prefer we may arrange a collection at your address. Please note, £5 will be deducted from your final refund for return for each parcel returned.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at: Info@sneakspply.com.
1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes plastic wrapping, boxes, and specialty packaging.
4. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
Extended Returns policy:
Purchase between 1st November to 25th December and receive our extended 60 day returns policy from date of delivery/receiving of order. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages, promotional pages and/or at checkout. As per the normal procedure.To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 60 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes plastic wrapping, boxes, and specialty packaging.
4. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
Faulty/warranty returns ︎ You may return any item within 90 days for a fault. To initiate this return, you must contact us via email at “info@sneakspply.com” with your order number, an explanation of the fault, and pictures/videos to support this issue. Upon inspection, if we are unable to fix the issue via email, we will issue a replacement or return at your discretion, free of charge.
Please email us at “info@sneakspply.com” with your order number, and a picture of your item that you wish to return, so that we can inspect the item, ensuring that it matches the return criteria. Upon successful inspection, we will give you the choice of a returns label, or we can arrange a collection at a convenient time.
Once we receive the item, our warehouse will complete a further inspection to confirm the item has arrived in the same re-sellable condition as described via email. Once this has been confirmed, the refund will be processed, and the money will be returned to your account. This may take u pro 5 business days depending on your bank. However, should the money not be back into your account by this time, please contact us immediately via email at “info@sneakspply.com”.
Order Information
Our STACK V2 LED crates come with a 12 month warranty. Meaning if you have any electrical faults within 12 months since your purchase, we will replace free of charge.
When your order status reads “unfulfilled”, it simple indicates that we’ve successfully received your order. After shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number, and your order status will be updated to “Fulfilled”.
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, it's possible that our fraud filter flagged it as potentially fraudulent. If you're confident that this is not the case, we recommend placing a new order using a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can conveniently sign up at www.Paypal.com.
We may have also ran out of stock, if that is the case we will email you with an updated lead time on when that product will be back in stock.

Yes. All of our crates are designed to be able to mix and match, so that they can be stacked on top of each other.
