This Week's Sneaker Drops
We're set for another cracking week of launches in the sneaker world. We’ve picked some of our favourites from the latest releases, have a look at what’s dropping!
Air Jordan 4 Retro Red Cement
The Air Jordan 4 Red Cement plays on the much-adored “White Cement” colourway that debuted back in 1989. While official images of the Air Jordan 4 have yet to surface, the hype around the “Red Cement” colourway has already started to build. As a new round of mock-ups released by way of the infamous sneaker-leaker @zshz , excitement has spiked once again as we take another step closer towards the drop.
Similar to the colour blocking on the highly sought-after Air Jordan 4 “Military Black”, this version boasts a mostly white leather upper. As for the sole unit and wing features, these follow the same colour scheme as the previously mentioned “Cement Grey”, with the grey sections now covered in red with the OG speckled effect. Underneath, the grey lip on the outsole has been left untouched, making it easy to see what ‘star count’ you’re on. Black Jumpman branding is sewn onto the tongue patch as well as embossed onto the heel of the shoe, taking the place of the original Nike Air logo. White laces further the classic look of the shoe and are woven through the traditional Air Jordan 4 eyestays. The shoe keeps it clean and simple, so if you’re not keen on paying a hefty resell price for the “White Cement” from ’16, then opting for this colourway would be a solid choice.

Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT 2 Pine Green Orange
The Jordan Brand’s hybrid of the Air Jordan 1 and the Air Zoom CMFT, the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2, has a new colourway that combines warm and cool tones. Check out the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT 2 “Pine Green Orange”.
This high-top AJ1 Zoom CMFT 2 shows off a beige suede and orange mesh upper. The suede overlays on the toe cap, mudguard, eye stay panel, collar flaps and heel counter are in the titular pine green hue. Notable details include cut-out signature profile Swooshes at the midfoot, Zoom Air tongue tags, Wings logos stamped in orange on the lateral collar flaps, and Zoom Air-branded insoles. Formula 23 foam cushioning, sail-coloured midsoles, and contrasting pine green rubber outsoles wrap up the style of this sneaker.

Air Jordan 1 Low World Make Japan
Sporting a mixture of white and classic blue denim panelling, the lighter palette on the upper allows for the extra storytelling to shine through. Stamping its presence across the sidewall is the iconic Swoosh, formed from black tumbled leather that sits against the white backdrop, matching the dark outsole underfoot. Frayed edges are almost enough to distract from the imperfect white stitch markings that bring the traditional Japanese elements to life. Moving forward with the Wabi Sabi motif is the heavily aged midsole, covered here in a sepia patina that really exaggerates the natural occurrence that is only ever seen on original AJ1 High OGs from ’86. An embroidered Wings insignia on the heel blends into the rest of the denim ensemble, while an embossed Jumpman on the tongue adds another layer to the already-considered design.
