Air Max 'Big Bubble's Appear Online Sparking Drop Rumours

A firm favourite with sneakerheads and trainer fanatics, there’s not many of us who can say they haven’t owned a pair of Nike Air Max 1’s.

In the late 80’s, Tinker Hatfield intro’d a “University Red” colourway, that instantly took off, along with several other options in the following years.

However, many of you will know that the original Air Max 1 ‘Big Bubble’ was only used for sampling and never actually made it into production.

The wait though is finally over as it appears this could be one of 2023’s biggest drops from Nike as images appeared online this week!

These beauties feature enlarged Air units within the midsoles, along with the classic Nike Swoosh Logo on either side and the traditional Nike Air embroidery on the heels.

We have no specific release date as of yet, rumours elude to a possible drop on Air Max Day, but when we know we’ll be sure to let you know!
