Q: How many shoes can one wipe clean?
A: We recommend one wipe per shoe, however if you only have very minor marks/stains, you could clean two shoes from one wipe. You can judge this on how wet and clean the wipe is (if it's still wet, it will still have cleaning solution in it).

Q: Do the sneaker wipes smell?
A: Yes, each wipe has a fresh lemon citrus scent, to help leave your shoes smelling fresh after each clean.

Q: Will it work on tough stains?
A: Our wipes are dual-sided to help tackle all kinds of stains. One side is smooth for easier stains. The other is covered in micro-dots to help tackle those tougher stains.

Q: Does this work on all materials?
A: The wipes will work on most materials. However, we would avoid using this on suede and nubuck as it's difficult to control the amount of solution used. Although it will lift out the stain, you may need to re-nap the suede/nubuck.

Q: Will the wipes fit in my wallet / purse?
A: Yes, they are small enough to fit in most wallets and purses. Please refer to the dimensions tab.

Q: What will happen if I don't use the wipes for a while, will they dry out?
A: No. As long as you keep the individual wipes sealed, they should never dry out.
