Nike Air Max 1 "Shima Shima" Makes A Comeback

The Nike Air Max 1 "Shima Shima" is making a comeback, 20 years since it's last release.

After a very strong 2022, Nike's Air Max 1 is continuing its' vast release schedule into 2023!

A stand-out pair being the very popular "Shima Shima" which originally released 20 years ago in 2003, releasing two new colourways.

However, this years' version of the "Shima Shima" Air Max 1 isn't an exact remake of the 2003 pairs, but instead a blend of the two.

The standout feature is the Japanese-themed tongue tag and striped sock liner, as you can see in the leaked images via @dingumoto on Instagram,

Similar to the 2003 release, this years' version of the "Shima Shima" Air Max 1 is expected to be a European exclusive!
