First Look At The Air Jordan 6 “Aqua”
Initially teased in February, Nike’s widely-anticipated release of the Air Jordan 6 “Aqua” has since recently surfaced in first-look imagery.
Sneaker News via their website said:
Over the past few seasons Jordan Brand has become more and more obsessed with transitioning its iconic color blockings across unconnected retro silhouettes. Chosen often is the Air Jordan 8’s synonymous pitch-dark “Aqua” scheme, which now makes its way over to the Air Jordan 6. Following the latter’s application across the AJ in early February, the silhouette synonymous with MJ’s first NBA Championship in ’91 now attributes the murky color blocking with a few seldom changes.
Here, the 8’s use of a greyscale heel is nixed in favor of a clad jet-black nubuck upper. Lively aquamarine accents come infused within the midsole collecting both “Bright Concord” and “Aquatone” hues atop an icy blue semi-translucent tread while the latter violet tint finishes atop the branded lace carriage and heel tab.
Scheduled to be released on October 7th for a retail price of around £180, will you be getting your hands on a pair?
