This Week's Sneaker Drops

We're set for another cracking week of launches in the sneaker world. We’ve picked some of our favourites from the latest releases, have a look at what’s dropping!

Nike Air Max 1 Clear Jade

Delivered in a classic mix of white mesh and grey suede panels, these look like they’ve come straight out of Portland Headquarters in 1987. Sat atop your standard white midsole, a supple blue leather forms the mudguard and Swoosh, two key panels when creating a new AM1 make-up. Continuing that blue theme are the top eyelets as well as branding on the tongue label and heel, rounding off the palette for the upper. The last time we saw a similar colourway was on the “Baby Blue” iteration from 2018 and even the UNC Jewel edition the year before that, both of which were massive hits at the time.

These dunks will be available to purchase from Friday 21st of July for £145

Air Jordan 1 Mid GS Fierce Pink

The Air Jordan 1 Mid GS Fierce Pink is the sneaker equivalent to dopamine dressing. This pair has a signature panelled upper made from premium leather. Pale pink lands on the toe box, tongue, laces and collar. The Swoosh motif follows suit and hits against a bright white backdrop. Surrounding it is the titular hot-pink hue which also serves as base for the Wings logo on the collar. Fans of the brand will also recognise the Jumpman logo on the tongue. Grounding the pair is a bicolored rubber midsole in textured white and light pink. It’s finished with pebbles along the front and traced with grippy ridges underfoot.

Nike Air Max 1 Chili 2.0

Akin to the Nike Air Max 1 Chili that dropped close to twenty years ago, this pair is done in a White, University Red, Pure Platinum, and Black colour scheme. Constructed in a mix of mesh, suede, and nubuck materials, what differentiates this pair from the Chile colourway is that it uses a lighter shade of Grey on the overlays while also having a reverse-coloured tongue label. Other details include the Red bold Swooshes and Air bubbles, the Nike Air branding on the heels, a White midsole and two-tone Black and Light Grey rubber sole.

Nike Air Max 90 Navy Crimson

Iconic since the ‘90s, the Nike Air Max 90 helped revolutionise sneaker culture with its sleek shape and cutting-edge Air Max technology. Designer Tinker Hatfield once again took the helm in developing the shoe, adding TPU overlays on the mesh and leather upper to stabilise the low-profile construction. The visible Air Max in the heel also gets surrounded by a thick TPU diskette for additional support without compromising the bouncy cushioning. This colourway boasts a white mesh upper with navy overlays constructed in suede, leather, and TPU. Vibrant Red accents illuminate the tongue, Air unit, and outsole to fulfil the USA-inspired makeover. One of the most notable details in this rendition is the varsity-style sockliner with a unique symbol seemingly representing wings. The grey suede Swoosh and lateral Air Max branding stand out atop the dark-coloured navy to complete the colourway.
